Nisco EP is produced from extrusion of pea meal, therefore its chemical composition resembles the natural composition of peas. EP contains about 22% high biological value protein, dietary fiber and features a medium-low glycemic index, all important to keep a healthy nutrition.

NISCO EP is available in different particle sizes in the form of flakes and powders. It is an excellent binder for meat applications and has been present in the market for several years.
